Well well well, it’s been a long time since this retreat, and this post is LOOOONNNG overdue! We were SO rejuvenated after it that we started planning and organizing and completely put posting on hold. Don’t worry. We promise it’ll be worth the wait. And not just because  Amy from Modern Nest Photography took the absolute most beautiful photos of the weekend.

Before we go forward, let’s go back, back to this weekend in the foothills. Time filled with love, and disconnection. Self discovery and connection.

We were so honored to be joined by some very brave women who decided to camp in teepees with us overnight. If this isn’t on your bucket list then it should be.

We spent Saturday being nourished by True Buch, Rooted Inc, Beetroot Nutrition, and Made Foods. And deep diving into ourselves with courses on nidra and chakras from Kirsten Layton.

Janis Isaman taught us to stand a little taller, hold a little longer and listen a little more with body rolling, yin yoga and intuitive eating.

Lisa Hillyer led us in a vinyasa yoga practice in the worlds most beautiful practice space and talked about all things vibrational.

Radiant beauty with Kelsey Schiavon had us ignoring comparison and inviting real radiance into our lives.

And finally, we enjoyed nature. The all consuming quiet, the snow and sun, the beautiful fall views that this incredible venue by The Boys and Girls Club of Calgary allowed us.

So? What do you think? Should we host another one?
